KYC & AML

With due regard for the safety of our users and in compliance with legal requirements from the European Union, the United States of America, and other countries, Eastern Star Solutions has implemented and adheres to a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy, as well as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) measures. These policies align with the standards required for banks and other financial institutions.

Specific provisions of our policies are confidential and intended for internal use only to prevent fraudulent or dishonest users from circumventing the rules. However, we would like to introduce some general guidelines that directly impact our clients and the services we provide.

KYC Procedure for Legal Entities (Companies)
For legal entities, the verification procedure is more rigorous and depends on factors such as the company’s structure and country of registration. Primarily, we need to determine:

  • The ownership of the company.
  • The individuals authorized to represent it.
  • The company’s location and principal business activities.

All clients must complete our KYC FORM FOR ENTITIES, providing the necessary details. Once submitted, supporting documents must be provided to verify the information.

Eastern Star Solutions is required to verify all customers before they can use our services, whether they are regular or first-time users.

Information Collected and Purpose of Collection
